Carnival 2012 Rio de Janeiro: this year will be held on February 18
to February 20, 2012.Whether on the beach, at the sidewalk

impromtu samba sessions.The 2 big days of carnival 2012
parades are Sunday and Monday February 19 | 20 when the
famous Samba Schools, dance down the Rua Marques de
Sapucai -The sambodrome-.
You must purchase a ticket to see this spectacular show
of unforgettable choreography. But exists more: you can
enjoy the carnival street parades, called blocos, in
which everyone dresses in costumes and dances to a band.
As both a city and a resort, Rio offers visitors plenty
to see and do. To begin with there are the two landmark
attractions of Corcovado, the mountain topped since 1931
by the statue of Christ, and Sugar Loaf, which guards the
entrance to the Bay of Guanabara.

not really schools, but if an enormous group of
musicians, designers of costumes, dancers and
trainers that invest up to 11 months of the year
preparing the show which they are going to show
its schools during the next championship of
schools of samba. They choose a subject in which
they are going to work in April, they begin to
develop the ideas of the parade in May, begin to
choose music in August and begin to prepare carnival costumes
